The LAFT Out-Loud System™ Membership Is Mandatory To Access Our L.A.F.T. Database, but not to be a student member of the course within LearnTaxDeeds.com.
- This is an ANNUAL Membership.
- Your membership will expire 365 days from the date you joined.
- Membership is based on the date you join, it is not pro-rated to another date.
- Your consent to re-new is necessary annually.
- We will not automatically charge your provided payment source each year.
- We require written authorization to charge the renewed fee.
- You do not own this material or have the rights to pass it along to any person or entity.
- The Company owns the database, the design, creation and platform of the database, website, pages and other proprietary information contained therein, or as passed along to it’s Members in the form of any tangible datasheet, such as a PDF, magazine, brochure or other written, audio or recorded material.
* The first 200 Members to sign up will automatically be entitled to the original amount charged for the first five (5) years, with a ten (10) day period lapse allowance. If the ten day period passes and has elapsed, they may renew a Membership at the current Member fee being charged if space permits.
The value we are presenting far outweighs the price we charge, and we do want to be as courteous and accommodating as we can, but we have to be firm and fair with everyone in mind.
* We also have a cap for our Membership totals based on an average of roughly thirty (30) people per County, or a total of 2,000 Total Active Members at any given time, whichever is larger. We are limiting this number because we are simply not looking to have an unlimited number of users. It doesn’t benefit our Clients, and it causes an ever-growing need for more customer service representatives, which ultimately raises prices for everyone. If for some reason our costs require us to raise the price we will provide you (at the minimum) a ninety (90) day notice prior to your next annual renewal cycle. That notice will consist of any rise in price, as well as the regular written authorization for renewal. In other words, you will never get a sudden increase, you will always know in advance based on our Annual Membership Subscriptions.
(The original 200 Clients as we mentioned above retain their pricing for as long as they stay active during that first five (5) year period.)
This Membership is for ONE (1) PERSON, not a Company, or any other entity.
We have Business Memberships available, so inquire if you plan to use The LAFT Out-Loud System™ for a company.
This Membership is NON-Transferable.
You can not sell, or otherwise transfer your Membership to another person.
Business Memberships can pass only if the entire entity is sold and it is included as an asset of that sale.
If a Member seeks to cancel and is asking for a refund;
1.) We will only refund based on a full month basis, meaning any part of the month in session will be charged, so the Member has use of the system up and until the end of the current calendar month, regardless if they enter the system or not during that remaining time.
2.) There will be a 15% cancellation fee, based on the Members original Membership fee.
3.) The refund is calculated based on the time used, less the cancellation fee, with the remaining amount left refunded.
4.) Refunds will be done on the last Thursday of the following calendar month after cancellation via a cashiers or company check.
5.) The Company reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we find that the Member was misusing the system platform during their daily use. The Company also reserves the right to seek damages beyond the fee collected and retained for misuse by a Client.
CANCELLATION EXAMPLE: For instance, if there is 270 days remaining at the end of the current calendar month session, and the Member paid the original amount of $804.00 to join, the cancellation fee (15%) would be $120.60, and they used 95 days (365 – 95 = 270).
The daily use rate would be $804.00 / 365 = $2.20.
So, 95 days x $2.20 = $209.00 daily use cost for the first 95 days.
$804.00 – $209.00 = $595.00 – $120.60 Cancellation Fee = $474.40 refund to Customer
